Account Setup Requirements

  1. A certificate of liability insurance showing National Steel Plate Rental as additionally insured for theft and damage to our rental product. Your agent may directly forward the certificate to us.
  2. Completed credit application. We require a business to be established for not less than three years. The first three rentals are C.O.D. and will include one week rental deposit and handling charge. All will be paid at the time of delivery.
  3. Municipalities may forward a blanket purchase order and does not need to include any of the above.
